Each cloth begins with Changthangi cashmere combed at altitude and spun by hand. Our weavers work the same wooden handlooms their families have used for generations — a single gutra takes weeks on the frame.
The Drape
Cut for the Gulf
Sized and finished to the proportions of the traditional gutra, so it folds, sits and falls exactly as it should beneath the igal. Pashmina holds its shape without weight — cool through the afternoon, warm after maghrib.
The Motif
Paisley meets the desert
Borders are embroidered elegantly: the Kashmiri buta softened into geometry that echoes Arabian ornament. Two visual languages, one quiet cloth — never louder than the person wearing it.
